Nails with Serenity beauty- Bury

I thought I’d share this hidden gem, with you ladies, as we all know a bad manicure can be disastrous…..

Up until a year ago, I visited my local nail salon for a quick nail fix, every few weeks. The Chinese salon specialised in acrylics more than a normal manicure & having seen ladies leaving with beautiful nails, I thought I’d give it a try. I prefer my natural nails but acrylics last longer & are much more forgiving for girls like myself who are always on the go & don’t have much time to focus on pampering themselves.

I visited the salon earlier this year, after work, for some TLC on my nails but it was only a few weeks later until I had them removed that I realised the damage to my own.

I’m not quite sure if they used a stronger solution of acrylic than usual but I was left with massive dents in my own nails which felt quite painful to touch. I tried to paint over my damaged nails but I was left disappointed when the dents still showed through. From that day on I knew I had to find a new salon who would look after my nails and give them the extra care they needed.

After searching online, I found Serenity nails which was voted the best of Bury. Admittedly I have to get 2 buses to the salon but after looking at their social pages, I knew they would be the best people to fix my nails.

The beauty salon is tucked away on the streets of Bury and to be honest, if you didn’t find it online you’d probably miss it. They offer a range of beauty treatments for those who love to treat themselves. From spray tans to facials and hot stone massages, they’ve got something for everyone.

From my very first visit, I was made to feel welcome from the ladies at the salon. I usually opt for shellac nails as they last longer than a polish & after visiting Serenity every few weeks my nails are now looking the best they ever have.

As you can see from the image, I get this pretty rose design on my nails but they’ve literally got hundreds to choose from. If your polish accidently chips whilst drying, they will go over your nails until they’re looking anything less than perfect. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough…. If you fellas are looking for a gift card for your missis this Christmas, I’d choose Serenity!

Vivienne Westwood- Mon Boudoir perfume review

It’s been another long but exciting week working at The Milton Club, so when the weekend came, I couldn't wait to treat myself to lots of lovely things from the Trafford centre. (It was officially pay day, Friday, so I couldn’t resist)

Today on my weekly blog post I’m reviewing my Vivienne Westwood perfume- Mon Boudoir. To be honest I’ve had this perfume a good few months, I just haven’t got round to reviewing on it here.

Anyone that knows me will tell you I’m a Viv Westwood enthusiast. I love the story behind her career and how she made it big into the fashion industry. I just still haven’t managed to save up for one of her designer bags yet...... When I was browsing in The Perfume Shop a few months back I noticed the perfume sat on its own in the sale rack. I instantly picked it up and started jumping around with joy as it was only £21.99 which is an absolute bargain. Having never had a whiff of the perfume before, I asked for a sample but to my disappointment the shop only had the 1 bottle left.

After much consideration I dragged myself out of the shop and thought it’d be best to have a look online at reviews. Five minutes later I was back with my card ready to buy the perfume... It was a bit of an impulse buy due to my obsession with everything Westwood, but it paid off.

The delicate floral scent and musky notes of this perfume have me hooked. I’m already half way through the bottle and will be re-purchasing another when it runs out. This perfume is perfect for day to night use. The floral scent keeps me smelling fresh all day while the musky notes are strong enough for night time wear. As you can see from the photos, the bottle is the classic Viv Westwood style, which can be found on many items of her jewellery and clothing.

I would give this perfume a big 5/5. I’ve had far too many comments from ladies on my commute to work asking me what my perfume is. I think it’s important to be able to have an all-time favourite perfume you can wear whatever the season.

BB seaweed fresh face mask Lush review

 A while ago I took a trip to my local Lush store and purchased BB seaweed fresh face mask. Now months after I decided to give my honest review of this product. Lately I have suffered from dry skin and a few spots which I thought was stress related. However on closer inspection by the doctor I had a form of mild acne. This meant I stopped using my weekly dose of facemask treatments from Lush for a while until the situation had settled down.

Usually every Friday night has become my relax haven and it is known as pamper night (Since not being a student I have ditched the alcohol and my dancing shoes) which I hope this means I am not suffering a mid-life crisis of some sort because although I currently present on 96.5 Bolton FM and have had amazing blog opportunities lately I am still unemployed (It really sucks)

This week I turned into a baking diva and made some homemade chocolate chip cookies and a Victoria sponge. Whilst literally sticking my head in the fridge, there it was staring at me and looking rather unwanted (My BB seaweed face mask). Of course Lush fans know you have to keep them in the fridge to keep the fresh ingredients from rotting.

Lush say, “Relaxing, Reviving- mineral rich mask to cleanse, soften and beautify. Fresh nutritious seaweed, cleansing kaolin, antiseptic honey, calming aloe vera and rose absolute makes this a great mask for everyone.”

Tuesday night became my pamper night this week, I ran my- self a lovely hot bath, plonked the last of my comforter bubble bar in and covered my face with well erm... seaweed. It was a rather odd thing to put on my face but once I got past my worries it felt lovely. The Seaweed face mask doesn't have a very strong scent which is great because I didn’t want to aggravate my sensitive skin. However unlike other Lush face masks it lacked that bit of oomph for me I’m afraid. After I removed the mask, apart from soft skin I didn’t really notice much difference unlike Catastrophe Cosmetic but I was using my Catastrophe on a weekly basis and since I don’t need to use cream for my mild acne anymore I haven’t tested my BB seaweed mask on a weekly basis.

I would rate BB Seaweed face mask 3.5/5, it isn’t a bad product but it isn’t my one of my favourites out of the Lush face mask range.

Relaxed Friday nights with ‘The Comforter’ Lush

A few weeks ago I took a trip back to Mancunian land to get my hair done and after I took myself on a mini shopping spree to Lush to get some face masks and bath bombs to indulge on weekends when I am wanting a bit of TLC.

Regrettably I haven’t done a blog posting for a whole week as things have been super hectic at the moment. Unfortunately I am still looking for full-time employment and with my tenancy agreement ending on my flat in Huddersfield, it only meant one thing, I had to take the plunge and move back in with my parents for the meanwhile until I can secure that all important job which can pay enough to get me an apartment in Manchester. I moved out of my student flat this Thursday and from the start it was a nightmare. We had to make two trips because of the amount of clothes I have and when I arrived back to Mancunian land Thursday, everything was everywhere in my room and I didn’t even have any space on my bed.

The Friday just gone was spent clearing things out and making room so I could fit a few things in my wardrobe. On top of this I also have my graduation, my 21^st birthday, my mum’s birthday, meals out and a photo-shoot to organise in less than a month which I really need to get organising A.S.A.P.

Friday night I was feeling so exhausted, I needed some pamper time so I ran myself a lovely bath and cut a small piece off the comforter and plonked it right in the water. Literally within a few minutes the water turned a stunning vibrant pink and my bathroom smelt like something from a sweet shop. A few minutes after this, whilst I wasn't paying attention as I was applying Lush Cupcake face-mask which I shall review in another post, I turned around and noticed my bath was filled high with bubbles and to be honest I started to giggle like a little child as I felt my youth had been relived because Friday nights was always bubble bath night.

Lush say, “Sometimes you just need to shut yourself off from the outside world under a blanket of fruity foam that will put you back in the right frame of mind to face the world. This bar is supersized, so you’ll only need to crumble half a bar under your tap to make enough bubbles for a long, comforting soak. Cassis absolute gives a distinctive blackcurrant fragrance, while bergamot adds an uplifting note.”

I personally believe this bar will last 3-4 times as if I had put half of the Comforter in the bath I think my bathroom may have been flooded with bubbles. I love how a little bit goes a long way with this bubble bar and priced at £4.50 it is really good for the money. (As I told the woman in the shop I was a blogger, I got The Comforter for free). However next time I would happily pay full price for this wonderful item. In all I would rate The Comforter a top 5/5!

I'm back with Manicure Mondays this week with Barry M's limited edition Carousel colour. I took a break for two weeks from Manicure Mondays as I had honestly run out of new polishes to try and I didn't want to use one I have previously shown. Last weekend I took a trip to Birmingham with my high school bestie and I knew I needed a new polish. After looking online I noticed Barry M at Boots had a deal if you spent £6 on polish you could get a free limited edition polish. Admittedly I sent my mother to town to buy the polishes and I ended up choosing (Left to right) Pomegranate, Copa Cabana and of course Carousel which I chose to colour my nails with for the weekend. Barry M never fail to provide amazing colours and polishes for affordable prices. This was the first time I had used the normal nail paint without a Gelly Hi shine and I was honestly impressed. The colour looks lovely after 2 coats and didn't chip once all weekend. I shall be using the other colours over the next few weeks for Manicure Mondays.

Bathtime with Lush- ‘Feel ready to soar’ with the Dragons egg

Last week I took a much needed trip home to Mancunian land mid week so I could take advantage of my student discount at my local hairdressers to get my hair dip dyed. After a lovely head massage to release any stress toxins, I decided to take a gander around Bury and the first place I stopped at was Lush.

As soon as I walked in to Lush a lovely assistant complimented me on my Topshop necklace and came over to see if I needed any help. To be honest I was after a new face mask because after trying the Soap and Glory fab pore, and being left disappointed, I knew I had to go back to my favourite brand. After trying Catastrophe Cosmetic last time, I wanted to test out a new face mask. I bought BB Seaweed and the assistant kindly gave me a few samples of Cupcake and Sacred Truth when I mentioned I was a blogger.

The smell inside Lush stores always makes me want to stay in the shop a lot longer than anticipated and after hearing many good reviews of the bath bombs I decided to treat myself to one of them too for an ultimate pamper weekend. The assistant showed me a few of their best sellers and let me have a smell of each one but I decided to choose ‘Dragons egg bath bomb’ as I liked the idea of popping candy in a bath bomb and at a respectable £3.25 I couldn’t resist.

After paying and before leaving the shop, I gave the assistant my business card so she could enjoy my reviews on my blog and as a treat she also gave me ‘The Comforter’ – bubble bar for absolutely free which made my day even better. A short while later I received an email from the manager stating she had received my business card and would love to invite me to a Lush bloggers event soon.

A day later it was time to try my Dragons egg bomb and my face mask which I will be reviewing in another post. I started to run the water and when it got slightly filled I dropped the bomb in and literally stood in awe watching it swirl in different directions and making pretty colours. I honestly watched it until no more bath bomb was left and I hadn't realised I had been filming the bomb for a whole 5 minutes. Whoopps!

The smell was absolutely divine; it was honestly like an air freshener for the bathroom and I literally dived into the orange coloured water which on closer inspection left a gold dust in the water. After a good 30 mins soak I left the bath feeling relaxed and shimmering with a hint of gold dust on my body which would be perfect to use before a night out. I would rate this bath-bomb 5/5. It’s absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to try the other bath bombs at Lush.

The best of both worlds- Brunette vs Blonde- Dip dye trend

I have been contemplating dying my hair for the past year but after a hair disaster when I was younger I swore to myself I would never dye my locks again. From the age of 15 I went through the stage of dying my hair regular, with hair caps and foils but it took a lot of work to maintain, and my roots always showed through too soon. I did leave dying it for a while until I got bored and started experimenting with brighter colours such as blue, pink and purple but as my hair is naturally dark brunette, all of that bleaching left my hair clinging on to my head for dear life.

For years I have been a natural haired hippy, I believed in keeping my natural tresses looking their best by using hair masks and pure coconut oil. I promised myself I wouldn't dye my hair again until I started turning grey (which hopefully isn't going to happen in the near future). However with my 21^st birthday and graduation quickly looming I was screaming out for a change in my hair and my wardrobe. Since the dip dye trend hit our fashion market, I was obsessed from day one the only thing that was missing was to dye my hair dip dye.

After searching P’interest, I went straight back to Mancunian land to my sacred hairdressers Saks to make the most of my last ever student discount. I decided I wanted a more natural caramel colour than platinum blonde as I wanted to keep the look sophisticated. I was incredibly excited when my regular hairdresser stated she would not be using bleach on my hair to achieve the results I wanted as I know too well what peroxide bleach can do to a girl’s hair.

One hour and three quarters later my dream hair had been achieved. I am so glad I have made the change as almost instantly the biggest change was the smile on my face. I love how I get to experience the best of both worlds now without being named a stereotypical boring brunette. I personally believe it’s all a myth; brunettes are mysterious and definitely know how to have a good time but now I’m half blonde too, it shows I have an adventurous side and my friends know I’m the party girl who’s always the last one home after a night out-Without sounding cliché- It’s always the quiet ones right?

I’m going to end with the most cliched motto ever which is always true ‘You really only live once’ so if you've had a hair hang up and have been indecisive like myself, my word of advice is to just go for it because you can always dye your hair back to its natural colour. I would recommend visiting a trustworthy hairdresser because as well as a having a bad haircut; we all know a bad hair dye can be much worse.

Tatler magazine #julyissue- The freebie sunglasses

(Yes, I did just take a #cheekyselfie on the bus ride home from the hairdressers)

The British weather is going crazy at the moment, one minute its nice and sunny, the next it’s pouring it down but when the sun decides to make an appearance I like to be prepared with sun lotion, sandals and of course a pair of trusty sunglasses.

Sunglasses are the perfect fashion accessory to any outfit and as I have had the same pair for a year I thought it was time to invest in another pair. I was prepared to spend a good £20 on a new pair and I personally wouldn't spend over that limit unless I moved somewhere more exotic.

Last week was a lovely relaxed Sunday and as I had travelled home, it was time to make the trip back to Huddersfield to keep job hunting and make the most of my own space and freedom before I have to move back into my parent’s house. Just like any Sunday my parents take me back, I always get bought a much needed food shop (Hey I’m still kind of a student for another month) and usually my mother loves to treat me with a magazine (I seriously own every fashion magazine by the end of the month-A bit addicted to reading magazines and the lovely freebies that sometimes come with them)

I chose to purchase the July issue of Tatler magazine for the reason of the freebie which was a pair of these gorgeous sunglasses. I absolutely love the tortoise shell detailing on the side of the arms, it makes them look a lot more expensive than what they are. I am a serious Made in Chelsea fan and saw Lucy wear a similar pair in last week’s episode. The shape of the lens is very flattering and in trend for this summer and admittedly I think I am in love with my bargain buy. I love buying Tatler magazine to get inspiration for the season’s trends, although at the moment I would never be able to buy designer clothes, as much as it pains me. The magazine itself cost £4.30 which was definitely worth it for the freebie. The sunglasses also come in two other colours but I opted for a black coloured pair to go with everything.

Soap and Glory 2 in 1 facial mask- The Fab Pore

It seems like forever since I last did a proper blogging posting but things have been hectic lately. Having just finished my degree a few weeks ago, I have been on a mission to secure myself a full-time job in PR. I haven’t been lucky in securing a full-time role in PR; however I am now doing some freelance work for a marketing agency in Leeds which means things are looking up for me.

As a treat to myself for working so hard I purchased Soap and Glory’s, The Fab Pore purifying mask and peel and I have been using this product on a weekly basis for a few weeks so I can give an honest review. I always try to make time for some me time daily, even if it’s a 10 minute face mask or a walk to park to help me relax. To be honest lately my skin has gone into spot overdrive and no matter what I do I just can’t get rid of them so I was hoping this mask would help my spots clear along the way as well as brightening the appearance of my skin.

I absolutely adore Soap and Glory products and I have been an avid user of them since I can remember. I have used quite a few of their make-up products but I have never tried their facial moisturisers and masks so I was itching to try this product to see if it beat my favourite LUSH face mask.

The S&G mask is blended with Super-fruit Yuzu & Poreshrink R complex and is a 2 in 1 facial mask and peel. Soap and Glory say you can use the mask for 5 minutes as a quick refresher or leave on for 15 minutes for an extreme clean. Personally I used the mask for 15 minutes as I think my skin needed extra TLC. The smell to be honest isn't as pleasant as I would have hoped. It kind of reminds me of how toothpaste smells, quite minty and strong and with it being a green colour and thick texture it even looks like toothpaste.

Apprehensively I slapped the green looking gunk all over my face which made me feel very attractive and I had a very relaxing 15 minutes lie down. I felt a slight tingly sensation on my face whilst the product was working its magic. When my time was up I washed the face mask off and instantly noticed that my skin appeared brighter. Of course my spots didn’t disappear but they did seem less red and smaller. Although it’s a small pot, this product really does go a long way, and after 4 uses I still have over half a tub left.

At the moment unfortunately I hate to say it as I really love Soap and Glory’s products but my favourite LUSH face mask is unbeatable due to the results, the natural products and the pricing. I payed £6.33 at Boots for this product which should have cost £10, however if I had to pay the full price I honestly don’t think it’s worth it. Overall I would rate this product 3/5.

Manicure Mondays was off the cards last week as it was bank holiday I took a small trip away to my friends house for a relax and a catch up. This week I'm back with Barry M's Gelly Hi Shine polish in Rosehip. I can't tell you enough how much I adore Barry M's pastel colours. The polishes are such an amazing quality for a great price and at the moment they are 3 for 2 at Superdrug. Such a good excuse to stock up ladies!

L’Oreal Sublime Bronze- Express Pro Self- Tanning Dry Mist

It’s starting to hit those hot summery days which means it’s time to go bare-legged and ditch those itchy woollen tights that have become almost glued to us after what seems the longest winter ever. For us ladies this means, a lot more work to be honest. As well as shaving more frequently or opting to wax so we don’t have fuzzy legs, it’s also about the colour. I’m a dark haired brunette so admittedly I can tan easily than most, but when the British weather is playing havoc and those sunny days turn into a shower it’s incredibly hard to get a sun- kissed glow in the UK.

I have been a self confessed tan virgin for years. I have never had a professional spray tan, used a sun-bed or even used self-tanning home kits as I have always been a bit scared. Nearly all of my girly friends use self tanning kits and sometimes I have seen the tan turn into an oompa lumpa colour and because of that it has never appealed to me. However with my holiday trip to Malia not making an appearance till September and those hot days few and far between I opted for a self tanning mist. Unlike self tanning lotion the mist is supposed to be a lot easier to apply and the can reads “No streaks, no self tan smell.”

After just finishing my Journalism degree only last week, I had planned a big night out with friends to relax and drink away the stress I had encountered over the last few months. Just like any night out I had bought a complete new outfit with shoes, bag, dress- the full works. The only thing that was missing was a sun-kissed glow. I took a trip to my local Superdrug store as a friend had recommended Sublime Bronze which was on offer for £10. At the time I thought it was a tad expensive at £15 for full price compared to self-tanning lotions but as I was going all out, I treated myself. I purchased the medium tan colour as I didn’t want to try the darkest colour incase it went wrong. A lovely assistant at Superdrug told me ideally I should purchase the dark tan after I have been on holiday to top up a natural tan.

The same day I bought the product I exfoliated to prepare my body and a few hours later I had finally lost my self-tan virginity. It literally dried within 5 minutes which was perfect as I didn’t have to stand there starker’s for a long time but all I could do was keep staring at my body waiting for the colour to change until a friend kindly mentioned it will happen overnight. In the morning I woke up expecting to look like a streaky mess but I wasn't at all. It was the perfect natural tan I had dreamt of but I wanted to apply more to go a bit darker. The instructions do say wait 24 hours before re-applying but I did give it a good 15 hours before I re-applied and assumed this was only a guideline.

I personally believe this product is a miracle for beginners like myself who are amateurs in the tanning world. It’s so easy to apply and it is literally impossible for the tan to streak. The smell is also lovely compared to most tanning products. Next time the only thing I would change is the colour I chose as I would like a darker tan. I would rate this product 5/5.

It's a lovely sunny Monday and its also Manicure Monday! Last week as a treat to my self for finishing my degree, I took a trip to Studio 18 in Huddersfield to take advantage of their Tuesday deal and got my self an express manicure and pedicure for an incredible £10. I always find it a nightmare when picking a colour but my beautician suggested this coral colour which is new in OPI nail polishes.

Clinique- Anti Blemish solutions

For most girls like myself, it hits that time of the month and my skin goes into overdrive. One minute I’m fine, the next I am dealing with a monstrosity of spots on my face and no matter what I do they will not budge off my skin. Usually I have quite clear skin unless I have been having a tough week and the takeaway habit has been practically every night.

Lately I have been a bit less stress free and turned into a bit of a health freak by eating freshly prepared foods and hitting the gym more so naturally my skin looks clearer and brighter but doing late nights in the library can sometimes bring on stress spots as well. I personally believe clear skin is one of the best secrets to feeling confident and I am always trying spot creams and face masks to keep my skin looking at its best.

Whilst buying the 3 step cleanse set from Clinique, I was told if I bought any other Clinique product I would receive a free tin full of Clinique’s best selling products and of course I just couldn’t resist although my bank card was glaring at me in shame with my spending habit.

I bought the 15ml Clinique Anti Blemish solutions for £14, just to try it as if like any product I am not happy with I will not re-purchase. The 30ml is £20 which is a better deal but I had never used a clearing gel before, so I was a bit skeptical.

After the 3 step cleanse set from Clinique, I applied the clearing gel every night for 2 weeks to see if it made a difference to my skin which at that point was looking spottier than usual due to the stress of university, my poor sleeping pattern and bad diet. I applied a small amount to a cotton pad and wiped all over my face. The assistant did tell me I would feel a tingly sensation when first applying but to be honest it felt like my face was burning. I do have very sensitive skin so this could have been the reason.

After a week of using the spot solution I did notice a change in the way my skin looked. I apply make up every single day without fail and I found my foundation was applying better as I didn’t need as much to blend and cover spots. I think the solution is worth it as the results are quite amazing but I wish I had purchased the bigger bottle as I have nearly run out after a month of buying this product which isn't too great on my dwindling bank balance.

Manicure Mondays- NOTW #5 Sally Hansen # cherry drop

Apologies, last Monday I took a week away from Manicure Mondays as to be honest my falsies were still intact and I was growing an attachment to them but this week I’m back with this amazing polish from Sally Hansen. I borrowed this lovely polish off a friend who bought this spring delight from the poundshop, yes you heard right the poundshop in Huddersfield. I love the sugar coat effect it creates and I will be taking a trip to the poundshop to bag myself some bargain polishes.

Umberto Giannini- Smokey dip dye talons review

It’s been just over a week since I purchased Umberto Giannini dip dye talons at my local Boots back in Mancunian land for £8.50 and I’m amazed they are still all intact. Admittedly over the week a few have popped off but as it’s my first time using falsies, I think I didn’t put enough glue on the nails to keep them attached to my nails . What I love about these nails is that they aren't too long and feel almost like real nails than falsies.

I’m a self confessed nail polish fanatic so trying false nails was a big step for myself but I love the dip dye trend and after seeing these nails online, I knew I had to try them. I made a very convincing appeal to my mother who went and bought me the nails that I needed something new that I could review on my blog.

The set includes 24 false nails with different sizes, glue and an easy applicator which attaches to the nails but to be honest I didn’t use the applicator as I found it a bit of a fuss to get the nail off it. The sizes for these nails are very good as they include half sizes.

I personally believe these nails are worth every penny and more. Now I have lost my falsies virginity there is no stopping me. I always find after a few days nail varnish can chip very easily but these beauties stay looking fresh. They are so easy to apply with the step by step guide and are in fact so much less hassle than painting my nails as the glue dries within a few minutes of applying. Umberto Giannini also have some neon dip dye talons too which I am itching to try as I know they are such good quality for the price. All in all I rate these lovelies a big fat 5/5.

3 Steps to amazing skin with Clinique

A few weeks ago, I took a trip to my local Boots store in Huddersfield as I had run out of moisturiser and facial wash completely. After receiving Clinique’s facial soap at Christmas time from my mother I became hooked on the product. To be honest, before I had received the gift at Christmas I rarely used facial soaps and toners on my face as I am an avid soap and water kind of girl. I took quite a while admiring the Clinique counter before a sales assistant came over to help me choose which products would work best for my skin type. I have quite sensitive skin so I wanted a product to minimise redness and breakouts. I explained which product I had previously used and she suggested this set of 3 including my favourite liquid facial soap, as well as clarifying lotion and moisturizing gel for £20.

I couldn’t resist buying it as I wanted a set to incorporate in my every day beauty regime which would keep my skin looking brighter and more balanced. Clinique say, “From day one 3 step helps sweep away dulling flakes and balance moisture. See a pimple? It’s the oily “gunk” trapped in your pores emerging as whiteheads or blackheads. Keep going... Soon skin will look clearer, less oily. Pores will seem smaller. After 10 days ... You’re seeing that famous Clinique glow. Skin is fresher, oily/dry areas are more balanced. Skin is better prepared for treatments. Makeup looks better too.”

Step 1- Liquid facial soap- Before applying this product; make sure your entire face is cleansed and make up free. Use a small blob on a dry face and in circular motions rub the facial soap all over your face. Once done rinse your face with warm then cold water and pat dry.

Step 2- Clarifying lotion- The clarifying lotion acts as an exfoliator. Use a cotton pad and pour a small amount on the pad. Wipe each part of your face once as repeating the process could dry your face out.

Step 3- Dramatically different moisturizing gel- Finally moisturise to keep your skin smooth and soft.

I have been using these products for over 2 weeks, twice a day, morning and night; admittedly I have seen a big improvement. Before I started this regime, my skin was looking lifeless as the stress of university took its toll on my skin as I was staying up late nights and eating unhealthy foods to keep my energy levels up. I’m a girly girl so most days I rarely leave the house without make up on: The clarifying lotion definitely cleansed my pores and took away the daily grime from my face. What I love about these products is less is really more. I only needed small blobs of each product which is amazing as it’s going to be a while before I will have to buy another set. I have started to change my makeup for summer by wearing a BB cream instead of foundation, so it’s key my skin is looking its best and Clinique has help me achieve skin I have always dreamt of. Every woman needs this product in their beauty cupboard.

Before I bought the products, the assistant told me if I bought another item, I would receive a free tin filled with more Clinique products. Of course the idea of more products for me to use was a great selling point, so I also bought Clinique’s anti blemish solution which is proven to reduce spots.
